There are a lot of other better places for this amount of money.

Okay, at first I liked it. The Apartment looked spacious, and there was tons of space for lots of things. And there are places to walk and stuff. Very pretty landscape. Don't let that fool you.
The management were pretty nice, and when there was a problem, they fixed it on the next day.
But then the problems came. The laundry is way too expensive, and there was dog ---- everywhere. Even if you complain to the management about it, they won't do anything about it.
Parking is a nightmare. There are no assigned parkings, so basically you have to get to your house early or park somewhere else.
And I don't know if any of you have noticed, but the apts are divided by section. Like, white people go to one side, and the non-white people go to the other section. Where I lived there were only ------, ---------, and Asians.
And then there's the noise. I lived in an apt on the first floor, and you could hear the people going upstairs and downstairs, people walking from the second floor, and then there was this apartment where they heard LOUD Mexican music. You can complain about it with the management, but they won't do anything. The music was so loud, even the walls were vibrating.
Also, it's not a secure place to live. There are a bunch of young gang members living in this community, and there have been a bunch of car break-ins and assaults. It's not gated either, so anyone can steal anything and get away with it too.
Let me give you a piece of advice. Go somewhere else, somewhere more secure, that is. I mean, it's a pretty place and everything but you don't feel safe.
