We encounted problems from the time we signed the lease (before we moved in) until the present day. Our original apartment was not ready and they had the audacity to blame the vendors they use as an excuse. Then the apartment we did move into was burgularized. The attitude we received from Daphne (Property Manager) was it sucks to be you, but I have more pressing issues on my plate and we are not responsible. She even went so far as to throw us out of her office when we asked for the number to the corporate office. They did allow us to move to a different side of the complex which has turned out to be a maintenance nightmare! Our garage door is broken and has been for the past three months. The refrigerator has frozen the food inside due an issue with the ice maker from the freezer portion on top. The only thing we keep getting from management is excuses and empty promises. Our lease is up soon. I just want to give you a piece of advice. Look elsewhere.

Bridgewater is another toilet along the Satellite blvd thoroughfare. I used to live in the Falls Apts on Satellite and would jog thru Bridgewater. Often times I would encounter "thugs in training" daring me to move them off the sidewalks, "Meriachi's" blasting their music, foul language uttered by "little thugs/meriachi's" about of the age of 8 or so..."Mutha ----a this and GD that," No parental supervision of any kind and on a few occasions encountered some of the "little thugs" having sex in the little houses on the corner...ie bus-stops. Take heed...this complex is a toilet in which you dont wanna live. PS...most of the kids living here are bi-racial, inter-breed little bastards so look for their white whale mommys and gold teef daddy's strolling about from time to time.
