I really hated reading the reviews because I figured everyone were just bitter former residents and I guess I needed to experience the apartment myself. Please listen to these reviews. I moved into Bridgewater in March and it has not been a pleasant experience. Aside from a few leasing agents, namely Cornell and George, management cares nothing about the residents. The maintenance on the apartment is terrible, you're better off looking in the phone book to hire someone. Once an electrical outlet started sparking and smoking,it took maintenance over an hour to get to my apartment.
Recently my apartment was broken into, the property manager did not return my call for two days and it was not until I contacted the corporate office that I got any kind of response. The intruder came in right through the patio with a crowbar and walked out of the front door while I was at work. I know it was one of the residents. But that's how cheap the locks are on the door. They refused to move me into a higher leveled apartment so I will be leaving in a matter of days.
Also make sure you do a thorough check in check out inspection because they will try to charge you for the smallest things that may have been that way when you moved in. They told me I had to pay $85 for a bent blind that was like that the day I moved in.
Also the others were right on about the bugs. I am up to killing 15-20 bugs, mainly spiders and water bugs, a day. And they are always in my bedroom! Also people walk their dogs on the grounds and do not pick up the droppings.
In all honesty there are so many newer apartments in a better area of Duluth where they will actually take care of you. The grounds look nice but it is rally not the best area to live in. If you still choose to move in good luck!

You could always go to Home Depot or WalMart and replace the blind for about $10 to $20 and the tell Bridgewart to get screwed. Congrats on your move date.
