I have lived in here since June of 2008. I was impressed by the grounds, the park and the amenities at first glance. The staff in the beautiful clubhouse is very friendly. But then you move in and it all goes down hill. The pools are closed more than they are open, when they are open they are dirty, the gym equipment is always broken and the maintenance people never fix anything. I have no had problems with roaches since I immediately put my self on the exterminating list. But my upstairs neighbors had their HVAC flood in July and it flooded by bathroom and kids 2 bedrooms. They never dried out the carpets or fixed the water stains on the ceilings and the wall in the bathroom is collapsed and has a hole. I've been complaining for 2 months and no one has come to fix it, they have looked at it but thats it. Since i lived here my refridgerator door does not stay closed and there is a leak under the kitchen sink no matter who you tell in the office no one fixes anything. Also the breezeways are littered have grafitti and the lights do not work. They have a serious problem with kids here, I have kids but keep them under control unlike the ones that run wild here. And yes they did install gates but anyone can get in cause they leave them open all day. And now some one broke a gate off the entrance. To summarize go live somewhere else like Menlo Creek or Ce3ntury at Satellite they are much better for the money. I will be leaving at the end of this month, i cant deal with it anymore.
