The customer service sucks, each time you say something is wrong with your apartment. They give you this lame excuse that it takes 24 hrs before someone can come out. Even if you call them time they open. That is a red flag within itself. If you have to wait 24hrs. how many workorders do you have that ppl still have not got their service they ask. They have all these workers that are working in the office and no one can never give you a direct answer on anything. For example, if you have an inspection they don't know the company that is inspecting the apartment and can not give you direct answers when the inspection will take place. The gates never work and their excuse on that is "we are waiting on a part" for the gate. Mind you someone got rob & beat and no concerns from the complex nor did they send out a letter informing other residents of their safety and please don't interupt their conversations, walking in if you need a package you have to wait 30mins. I walk in oneday to pick up a package and the female kept talking to the computer guy versus seeing why I was there. I could have been a prospective client wanting to get an apartment. Speaking of that, you only get attention if you are getting an apartment b/c they are so worried about making their commission. They are super nice to you then. They were super nice to me until I moved in and then they don't know you anymore "GO FIGURE." I have lived in many complexs and never have recieve the service or treatment that I have recieve since I lived here. I would not recommend no one to live here or waste your time or money. The only great thing about living here is your surroundings as far as the amenities & the space that these apartment has. Other than it is not worth it. Stay away or get a house, you will be well off.

You should have read all the prior posting before moving to this H E L L HOLE. Bridgewater was the premiere complex some 13 years ago, however, with the beginning of GCTT the area went to S H I T almost overnight. Get out of S H I T Water before ya are mugged, robbed, shot or worse. I love you and good luck

@Mr. Offended "U MAD HUH"... Who cares how many units the complex has, there are some complex??s that have more and they are still on their game. Maybe you need to educate yourself on what multi-tasking is this is a business not an excuse program...Opps! I'm sorry did I touch a nerve. I don't know if the old battleaxe got her heat fixed and really don't care. Tell your crack head friends to quit ramming the gate. Only ghetto trash like you live in that area anyway. If ya'll would move out it would be a nice area again and the guys could keep up with normal people who give a crap.

Why are they still allowing that retard Jungle Jimmy to post comments on here...he is so rude and racist...but anyway in response to the issue....Bridgewater sucks!!!!...I cant wait until my lease is up this summer so I can get away from this roach infested, never want to fix nothing place and yeah the gate is always broke. I was leaving for work this morning and the damn stick was leaning back...WTF!!!...out of the 3 years that I have lived there that stupid gate has only worked for a total of 6mths and they installed it the year I moved in....the kids have calmed down cause mostly everyone has moved and I will be joining them really soon.
