This is a pretty nice community but it's overpriced for the quality--none of the amenities are in good or working condition, the breezeways are dirty, the kids play in the fitness center, and on and on. The apartment is nice and my neighbors are friendly but the staff is out for one thing--money. That means they will nickel and dime every charge, rape you on a rent increase, and never really provide the advertised amenities. Don't expect good service from your management team. And if you try to call their boss, don't expect to hear from her either.
