I am writing this review with strong intentions that you consider other propertires before you consider this one. I wanted to live in this area for so long and settled in at Summit. My leasing agent WAS GREAT!!! She put me in the apartment and got me all settled. When she left the property b/c of managment issues, the whole office fell apart. A lot of lies are being told and situations never get handled b/c as the manager puts it, 'MY reports are more important then your problem', well, my problem is still going on and I am trying to break my lease and the manager still has not fixed the problem. Parking here is aweful, I have to park sometimes two buildings away, the trash compactor is always full and smells up the whole area, so when you get back in your car, you still smell like trash, the management really needs help at this complex, I am sure they are nice poeple in general, but as apartment complex sales and mangagement, they just don't cut it. I feel very stongly about this as my situation has been going on for 2 months and it is still in deliberations b/c magament says they need to follow 'PROCEDURE', well, sorry, but if in 2 months, 'PROCEDURE' hasn't been started in the first place. They will tell you one thing on the phone and then to cover their butts, they lie to you, which doesn't make sense b/c you know the truth. Trust me, you do not want to know all the details to why this apartment complex should not have the chance to have you as a resident, they are lackadasical, rude, and as i believe " I SHOULD COME BEFORE THE REPORTS!!!!"
