overall decent apts but just a few day ago heard what sounded like gun shots... no good. the thing thats the worst about the apts is the gas and water bill. we are getting $300 gas bill in SUMMER! how is that even posible (end up paying about $1250-1300 a month). another this is that we had a small leak under the sink in the bathroom. the guy came to fix it and left, that night at about 1 30 the pipe burst off and our whole apt got flooded in the master bed and bath to the living room with hot water. the matinence guy have no idea what the hell theyre doing
