Firstly, we were recommended this apartment from a friend which turned out to be the worst apartment decision we've made.


The apartment we moved into was in horrible condition. Carpet floors, vinyl floors, cabinets, stove all needed to be replaced. Cockroaches of all sizes, found everynight(no exaggeration). Exterminators were called multiple times and had no results, bugs, bugs, bugs. Near impossible to find parking in the evening. A recent car hijacking occurred. The apartment is a gated community however, what's the purpose of having a gate if it's always open' The floors are not constructed well, you can hear adults/children walking on the floors above you.

Leasing consultant told us we would be paying cheaper rent, then later denied that she said anything like that. These people are primarily here to sell leasing agreements, once you're in the door and have signed papers, they dust off their hands and leave the rest to you. When a service call is made, it takes maintenance a week or more to get things done.

I would not recommend this place to anybody, save yourself the trouble.
Even promove.com doesn't recommend this place. Now i see why. Live and learn.
