One problem after another. Carpet was badly stained, paint in kitchen did not dry correctly and now we have paint chips on all of our plates, bowls, glasses, and pans. Have a problem with spiders and bugs in the house. Air conditioner has never worked correctly despite many visits from the handy men. Entrance gate has never been closed which allows car jackers into our complex. The paint job on the walls are horrible. Drip marks show on the wall as well as cracks and cover ups. I live on the top floor and can hear the people below me walking and slamming doors. If someone on your floor shuts their front door, it rattles your apartment. You can never reach the office when you need to, and they rarely return calls. Parking sucks, it's way too noisy, and the trash dumpster is always too full. The only benefit of this place is that it is zoned for great schools.
