If you are reading this review right now its because you are unmistakably smart in doing some research before you rent anywhere. The management has gone through so much turnover that there is no telling who you will get when you go to the office. I lived there for 3 years and had been told by neighbors that moved that when moing out, be prepared to take out a small loan because they will stick you with everthing. Cost to clean the apartment (in detail) i kept an extremely tidy apartment but they said "its standard"... once this list was done, it was over $900 TO MOVE OUT. Now i should blame myself because i already saw complaints about the company doing this in EVERY states but i went ahead anyway. I turned in ONE key which was all i ever got anyway-...Now dont get your hopes up when you see "gated community" that only matters if the gates work at lease 80% of the time. They gym-sounds great huh' uhmm no.. thats if you can get around the kids, candy, gum and other toys to use any of it. The kids use it as a jungle gym. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
