Looks great from the outside, just wait 'til you get in. No routine maintenance done on property, leaks coming through ceilings, Air conditioners under powered and blocked, hallways dark at night. Gated community is a joke, gates never work correctly, Office staff rude unpleasant and un cooperative, once you have signed your lease, my appartment will be free from November GOOD LUCK.

Have live at Camden for approx 1.5 years. Upon move-in things were quite nice, gates worked properly and neighbors were tolerable. At present I plan not to renew my lease. Apparently they have began taking HUD/Section 8 types. The gates are never in proper working order so anyone can amble at anytime and they do. The thugs dominate the basketball court with their thuggish behavior, Newport cigarette packs are tossed into the parking lot along with "Mickey d's" cups/bags etc., dented hoopdies with two mag wheels one regular wheel and the spare are becoming commonplace. The thugs wonder around the complex as if it belongs to themselves with they hats all sideways and just behaving like thugs in general. I moved to Camden as it WAS a welcoming environment and to get away from the thuggish BS, however, those days appear to be behind us. I would be unable to recommend Camden River as I plan on not renewing my lease with them. Good luck!!
