The staff is RUDE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   This apartment complex has gone downhill. After new management took over, the quality and service of Preston Park went down. The staff is very unprofessional, unaccommodating, and lack customer service skills. They are not easy to deal with. Parking is terrible and overcrowded. Maintenance requests are not completed. I would not recommend this complex. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
