Prior to move-in items were not fixed. They were not fixed after move in. Maintenance takes 2 weeks to repair items. Paint peeling from walls. Prior to move in promised a new stove. I did not receive a replacement stove for two weeks and the replacement was old and dirty from another apartment. The refrigidare was/is hideous with door shelves missing. Called about an ant and roach problem....I'm still waiting on the weekly exterminator to come once. I have been there only 4 weeks. Phone jacks painted over and carpet not replaced on master bedroom. I feel like a fool to have rented this apartment. Outdoor roof has a hole in it. Still waiting 3 weeks for it to be patched. Apartment is old and air conditioner does not cool the apartment in the August heat on the upper floor. Please don't rent from them. Maintenance likes to come in but has not repaired anything when they do come. It's like they are looking for something.
