I moved in with a friend who was renting about 4 years ago. Since then, I have seen poor maintenance practice. When I call to find out exactly why things have not been addressed, someone at the office will tell me that it will be taken care of "very soon" which usually means about two weeks later. There are leaks in three out of three bathrooms, our neighbors are incredibly loud and inconsiderate. The renters who share a wall with our master bedroom are constantly hitting the wall to the point that my artwork has been knocked off. Loud stereos at all hours of the night and morning. And to top it all off, we have been told for the last three summers that we would have a working AC unit, which we still do not.
