The Facts: 1) Noisy neighbors, 2) Loud music from cars at 2 a.m., 3) Allocated utility is a rip-off (Water $25/person, Power $75 /person), 4) Trash is always open like a buffett for maggots, ants and other trash-eaters, 5) Laundry machines are 50% broken and dirty on weekends.
I was never told about requiring renter's insurance until a day before lease signing. Then they "recommended" an agent to buy this insurance from!
Staff always act busy and you have to wait until they have mercy on you. There is only one staff in the front office yet two others hide in the back rooms!!!

I agree completely with this response. Management does not really care about their residents. I was having problems paying for my rent and within a week I had already recieved an eviction notice along with 400 dollars worth of fees added on after begging and pleading for an extra day or two to come up with the funds. The apartments have no lighting in any of the rooms which I feel that 1000 dollars for a 3 bedroom should include at least half the utilities and nothing should be wrong with the apartments

I completly disagree with these Residents, the new management in the office has made improvements on the property especially with the Gates. They work now! They are making improvements to the fitness center and laundry room. Why should management make special deals with Residents that can pay their rent, I pay my rent on time every month, I would expect late fees as it clearly states in my lease. Chatelaine Park is a great value compared to the other complexes in the area.

I was in town for a few days and visited Chatelaine park apts. I came by three days at different times (working hrs)and the main office was closed. I even tried calling and left a message. No Response. Customer Service needs alot of improvement. The overall apearance by day and night was a plus. It just would have been nice to actual see the inside. Ms Kp
