First, their sister complex, Merritt at Satellite, did not return my holding deposit. It took 2 months and a threat to get my money back. Now, Chatelaine Park had a nice apartment for me. The layout was great. I did get tired of the millipedes. Everyday I either killed 8 of them or pickup dead ones. Nothing stops them.

The worst part is crime. I had a peeping tom for 3 days. I called the security officer and never heard from him. One staff told me they were in the process of hiring a security officer and then the next day another one told me that he did not have the code to get the voicemails. They will lie to you in the office. I received a letter (stuck in my door) that said we needed to be careful and not have the same routine. A lady was robbed at gunpoint on the breezeway. Two apartments had been broken into.

There are 2 registered sex offenders living in the complex.

If you try to call the office, just hang up. You won't get any help. But hold your check for 1 day and they will call you immediately. That's how you get them to respond to you.

They are not worth the money you pay. Utility bill was always $100 or more each month.

If you absolutely can't live anywhere else, then live here. LOOK HARD FIRST!!!

I have never seen a security officer. Also I didn't know about the sex offenders. Thanks for the information.

WOW! I just saw their listing on Craig's List. I guess when you get down to having to advertise there, you're not all you want the public to think that you are. That's no slight against Craig's list, but it speaks volumes concerning the scale of this complex.
