I moved in June of 2006. Shorty after that someone in the hallway got mugged and since then its gotten worse. I don't even walk my dog alone at night. People drive through slowly and hang out in the road. I've got roaches and maintenance never comes to spray. I had ants too, but I got the traps and they went away. My door is messed up and I have to kick it to get in. The hot water heater only allows for one shower. My toilet needs plunging every other flush. Basically maintenance never comes. My apartment is small and I'm looking for a new one. Can't wait till June. On the positive side I get 24 channels for free, and the electric/water bill is low.
