Ok...so every person writing all these horrible reviews - - Have you NEVER lived in an apartment before' Most of these complaints seem like the norm in apartment living. Noise...of course you will have idiots in any neighborhood blasting their music. Crime....Gwinnett has a HIGH rate of crime!! Gang activity is ridiculous. ANYWHERE in Gwinnett, you will have issues. Anyway, as far as my two year stay at Chatelaine Park. I love it. I have a HUGE deck and a nicely laid out apartment. Im on the second floor and have only had minor noise issues with some youngin neighbors about a year ago. Only minor crimes or domestic issues have happened. What do you expect' Cars get broken into at complexes...Wife abusers abuse their wives..thats how it goes. Management is cool. Ive never been left hanging or had a major issue with the apartment itself. I like it here. The location is great, the area is great. Crime happens and so does noise. You cant avoid that anywhere.
