I moved into these apartments late 2006 and have wanted to move since a month after. I was told that my apartment was in move in condition, so the day that I paid my fee's and first months rent which was the same day I got the key I found that it was not to say the least. I had a list of about 20-25 things that needed to be replaced. They hadn't even finished painting, vinyl needed to be replaced, waters stains were all over the ceilings, wall paper was torn. You name it, it needed to be relaced. The only thing I noticed that was done, was that the carpet was new. I have lived in apartments before and had never had a walk through like this. So the normal things that would be on a walk through list, I totally understand. I didn't get my copy of my lease until 3 months after move in, all the things that needed to be replaced or should have been done when I moved in were not complete until about 5 months after move in and this was after I had asked for the regional manager to call me. Long story short, there are tons of freakin stray cats all over the place. Parking is horrible and they told me up front they don't plan to do anything. It has been pretty noisy. Now that it's getting warmer I find out that my air doesn't work. So after an entire unit was replaced and a month later we find out that freaon wasd leaking into the utility closet in my home. Let's not even talk about the ant problem, even keeping my home spotless and cleaning up after my kids every move didn't keep them away. It took about 3 months before I no longer saw ants and this was from me paying MY OWN company to get rid of them. All in all I love the layout of the apartment, but for the 1100 I pay per month this apartment and the issues were not worth it. And no one has been remorseful for all the issues other than one maintenance man that is from another property and couldn't believe the conditions of my apartment when he frst saw it. Even now if he is on property and see's my apartment number he hurries to fix anything that's wrong because of all the issues I've had. AND of course they expected rent on time eery month I had to make phone calls and suffer with all the workers and contractors in and out for 4-5 months.

This statement seems to be untrue in my reading....I moved into these apartments within the timeframe discussed and my apartment was in appearance never lived in. Freshly painted, cabinets and drawers clean floors vaccumed and fresh cleaning.
