I have been with this complex one year. I just renewed my lease and plan to stay unless and until life changes dramatically. I have not had any problems here. There are, of course, the occasional incidents b/c there are a lot of people living in a small area, it happens.

I have had quick response with maintenace, front office requests, etc. I think its a good community of people. I would recommend the complex.
