I have lived here for a few years now and I am starting to be disappointed with the complex... When we first moved her the breezeways were always clean, nicely manicured grounds, and the noise level was low. Now there is always some teenager or adult yelling or screaming, trash in the breezeways, someone is always parked in front of my garage, and honking in the middle of the night, and playing loud music (after midnight). The grounds are un-manicured, and there is always some type of trash in the parking lots. Kids are always climbing under the fence and pulling it down.. So it is not really that secure, if anyone wanted to get into the complex, all they would have to do is climb under the fence or slide through the big hole in it.. My apartment itself is a little outdated. With mirrored walls in the dinning/living area and older fixtures. I think the thing that bugs me the most though is that if you wash your walls, the paint comes off, and the Vinyl flooring is old and discolored. Also wallpaper is pealing from the walls. The maintenance staff seem to be on the ball, though.. They seem to always get it done quickly, and the right way.. The staff seems to be nice for the most part and usually get back to you when you have any questions..
