Me and my family lived here for over one year and our apartment got broke in May. Theives took everything and nobody saw anything. They must be having a truck to move all the things. Managers never answr you when you ask if they get broken into. My neighbors tell me they also charge more to spanish people. Very bad management.

You pretty much need the assistance of the Gwinnett County Police to determine the crime rate for a particular area. I remember a time when management offices would keep an account of who was moving in or out, so as to know when/where moving vehicles should be on the premises. I guess no one truly does this any longer and we have to protect our own. I agree that they will try to upcharge you on the rent. When I went to view a property there, after seeing an ad promoting a special rate, the leasing agent pretended not to know of this special and quoted me market rates. I left and never had the desire to return. First impressions are lasting ones.
