We are moving out in couple months. Maintenance here is not too bad. You are lucky if you dont get roaches, but I have been spraying with Ortho Home Defense every month but still too many roaches. Then someone told me that the roaches just come in from attached apts and garages and they are not being sprayed!
The place has gradually become unsafe. People hollering and carrying on until 3 in the morning. The utility bills are extremely high. I am glad to be moving out.
