I can tell that this was once a very nice place to live. I moved in only a year ago and I've complained virtually non-stop about the noise level. I love the apartment I'm in, but my surrounding neighbors are not changing for the better. I agree, with the reduced prices, a different clientele is moving in. The breezeways used to be well-kept. Now, it's been quite a while since it's been cleaned. They've jumped up my rent quite a bit with the renewal. If they'd stop having $99 move-ins, they wouldn't need ME to make up for the difference in their revenue! I'm moving out when this lease is up.
