I'm begining to wonder if these reviews aren't written by the ghetto people they claim live at Summer Ridge. The spelling and grammar are ridiculous in the reviews. ANYWAY, I have lived here for a year now and haven't had any problems. It is true that the gate doesn't work EVER, and that's annoying, but that's the only issue I've had. The staff has always been helpful, and my service requests are always taken care of the next day. My water tastes fine, and I didn't run my AC or heat for 6 weeks when the weather was nice and it smelled fine. I have seen ONE roach in a year and it was outside. The point is - pay your rent on time and clean your apartment. These apartments are nice. A little pricey to me, and my rent did go up $50 when it was time to renew, but other than that, I have really enjoyed living here.

I guess it's all according to the caliber of living you're used to, eh? I don't think anyone would waste time continuously reporting the negative aspects of a complex; and, your comments are one out of many. Perhaps it hasn't been your experience, but it certainly doesn't mean that it has not been the experience of others. What, exactly, would you recommend to others as an incentive to rent here; that the rent ONLY goes up $50? Give me a break!!
