My sentiments reflect the negative reviews regarding this apartment community. My wife, infant daughter and I have been living here for exactly a year, and I find management (all staff members) incompetent, inept, irresponsible and lacks accountibility.

If an issue arises that is out of the norm, management will not provide assistance in anyway, shape or form, eventhough it is their responsibility as property managers to enforce apartment community regulations and standards. Rather than doing their job, they only participate by providing menial service to their tenants, while suckering potential tenants with their salesmanship, false advertising and marketing.

One of the reviewers mentioned Gail, a staff member in the management office, as a b*tch. Well, I wouldn't call her a b*tch, but I don't have a very high opinion of her either. Certainly, she's one of the more experienced staff members in the management office, but she's unwilling to help you, eventhough it's her job.

The security gates are repaired, but only when one of the tenants was physically assaulted, mugged, and then robbed, which happened 3 weeks ago. If this situation didn't occur, the security gates would have still been left open. I raised this issue with management many times, stating that some one will either get assaulted, mugged, or robbed, but my plea came to deaf and ignorant ears.

There is no point in living here and give money to people who don't care about you and your family until some one gets hurt or killed.
