Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
 
I was here when it was Jefferson Ridge ... stayed during Summer Ridge and now Colonial Grand ..

I guess I love it ! My family always comment on how quiet it is here,and my neighbors (with one exception) have been pleasant and supportive ... would I recommend Colonial Grand' Yep.. sure would .. I'm renewing my lease this week.

I was surprised to read the other rants ..
Before I moved here, I researched the area and realized that I would be moving into a multi-cultural environment.. some of the other comments I have read .. seem to be blatantly racist as I have not shared any of their experiences...

Apartment living has its pros and cons.. always will... but life his good here.
