Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I moved in early 2005, and have had very few problems. The apartments are very cozy on the inside and the location is great. A couple of months ago the name changed and the new company is doing some renovations. They have recently started painting my building and it looks great. The gate issue that I have seen in some of the other posts here, are not happening anymore. The gates always work. The office staff has changed, but they seem to be nice and attentive. Overall I like living here and would recommend it to anyone.
