I lived here a few years ago and the gates never seemed to work. My family and I were out looking for a new place after putting our house on the market. I was so glad to see the gates were working. It speaks volumes for the new manager. I love the new patio and screened in porch, I can't wait to host my son's birthday party on the patio. I look forward to moving back in once we have a buyer.
