My bestfriend and I both live in this complex, and both have had many issues with the management. I renewed my lease this last time because I was told the garage directly across from my apt was available for $25/month, and I needed the extra storage space, and I have not had anywhere remotely close to my apt to park lately because I come home late for work. When I went to get my garage, the staff told me they had made an error and there were no garages available, but I was locked into my lease anyways. They were like, "Our bad. Soory bout that." Now I have nowhere to park. The gates NEVER work, but you have to use your gate key to get into the crappy, half the equipment never works, gym, so when I lost my key, they charged me $50 just to get a new one even though the gates NEVER work, and my right to use the gym should be included in my monthly rent. They also lost my bestfriends rent, and accused me of not paying, when I had. Cant wait to leave.

I live there, too, and I figured that the $25 garages were a gimmick. And I guess they actually were!
