Overall it is a nice place to live. It's quiet for the most part. Landscaping is nice. Outside appearance of the buildings is good. Apts are 13 or 14 years old, but very well kept. Huge tubs and nice size rooms. I had a problem with management not seeming to care about the ant parade going on in my apt. I gave a typed copy of this complaint along with the 2nd notification that there was a leak in my living room and I have a water stain around an electrical outlet-totally ignored...3x's ignored actually....I gave my new telephone number to the manager of the property to put in the gate early December and he never did it. I didn't realize it wasn't done until after Christmas! I had to take care of the ants myself...so far so good...to this day pest control has not come-Even after my written request... actually the way this complaint was answered was with a ga power bill being placed on my door. I hate asking for the same things over and over...I pay too much "rent" for that.
