The layout of this complex is nice, it??s small approximately 450 units with nice landscaping and appears well maintained to the stranger looking for an apartment to rent. This is where the warm and fuzzy feeling ends. Management at this complex sucks, when you have a problem you go in they smile take notes say they will fix the problem and then you wait and wait and wait. If you have a problem at this complex you better put it in writing I mean everything. I??ve been here for 6 months and that how long it took for them to fix my Heating and Air unit. About 2 months ago someone ran into the gate and it took them a month or more to fix it. For the amount of money they charge you would think the service would be better. Management at this place think when they fix your problem they??re doing you a favor
