We are almost at the end of our lease and I have to say I was not happy here. When we moved in there were a number of problems including exposed an water pipe hanging in the kitchen ceiling, mold in the kitchen cabinets, a hole in the bedroom wall, the front gate never worked so it was open all the time, there's a hole in the back fence so kids and hoodlums come in from neighboring properties (I had to call the police because my child was being bullied by outsiders), the electrical outlets in both bathrooms didn't work, there was damage from a previous tenants dog that was never repaired, and about two months ago a lightening storm caused a built in fire alarm system to go off continuously until someone cut the power off to it, the master panel is still dark so I don't think it works at all now.
Several of the items were eventually fixed, the minimum time was 3 months, the maximum was 7 months. Some items like the holes in the fence and the pet damage are still there.
Then they send me a 60 day renewal offer and if I commit to another year they'll only raise my rent $50. Oh brother. Don't bother with this one. The office staff are always missing, and when you can find one they are on their way out and don't have time to help you.
