Just because the grounds are well kept doesn't mean the units on the inside are. I have lived here for two years and I have never experienced anything like this before. My unit has had two carpet flooding incidents within a year, they have a serious roach and waterbug problem to which I had to purchase my own sprays to try resolve the problem. The structure was built so poorly, I can hear when my neighbors upstairs take showers and use the toilet from my dining room. The tenants that have pets, allow them to relieve themselves anywhere on the grounds without picking up the gifts they leave, which mean kids running and tracking the goodies in the hallways and on the carpets of their units. The security gates has never worked consistantly 3 months in a row. I was getting phone calls in the middle of the night from people I don't know to let them in the the gate.

I was using the gym just this week to find teen-agers just hangin out on their cell phones using unappropriate language.

I think the clincher was the addemdems to the lease agreements. To purchase extra rental insurance if you want to install a dish, to agree to run your air all the time to pervent mold, not to air dry your dishes or fine washables.

Yes, it's in a great area...but look somewhere else to spend your hard earned cash.
