When we moved here two years ago it was a good place. That all changed when the walmart of apt leasing took over-"Colonial Grand". Where once these apts carefully screened applicants to now where anyone with a driver's license and some money can get in. Better lock your doors because some rough characters roam the neighborhood ! If you live on the ground or second floor be prepared to listen to constant noise.Mngmt doesn't care if you complain.Also, now there alot of thugs hanging out in the streets, the pool is always crowded with hoodlums, and yes the gate stays broken(its a joke). The woods and nature trails use to be nice but now, lets see, people let there dogs off leashes to run wild, people liter like crazy and now every morning a black couple go back there everyday to smoke pot.Also, people work on their vehicles alot.We can't wait to get out when the lease is up.stay away!
