Let me say that I love my apartment. It is big, rooms flow good, and place is in decent shape. Having only lived in apartments all my life I know you get the good with the bad. The upstairs people who make too much noise, the trash overflowing on weekends, and that one guy who thinks he owns the space in the parking lot and will block your car in if your in "his" spot. When I first looked at these apartments I knew from day one they were scatter brained. Okay I will just make sure I keep records of everything and check behind them, well who knew how bad it really was! They lost my rent check, I get a past due notice and when I go to explain that no I paid my rent, no sorry or anything just oops....must have credited it to another unit. WHAT'' I had to stop payment on the check, $40 they did not offer to pay for me, even though it was their fault. Kicker today, less than one month after the rent problem I come home and someone has done work in my house that was not authorized, not asked for, and was not cleared by me. I had my tax info sitting out to file today, all my personal info out in the open because I thought it was just me and my husband. No myself, my husband, and this unknown cleaning crew. When I went to the office, I killed her hopes of going for a cig and cell phone break. Not even I am sorry. I got hum wonder what apartment they were to clean' That is what they said! I am clearly upset and all you can say is darn screwed that one up. They have computers, when you go to give a key to someone you do not go, oops someone living there must be wrong unit' I pay good money here, and I would hope they can get their crap together or I am transferring to Berkley lake property which is 2 minutes down ther road. Hell at least their gate works!!
