The major problem with this facility is not the quality of the apartments but the quality of the management and owners.
Not once have I've gone to the front office and found someone there. Always a sign saying went to lunch be back at 1:30 and it is 3PM. Most times they are inside the building but just keep the doors locked. When you do get someone they give the aura that you are bothering them. I'll site my last interaction with them.
I came out of my apartment one morning to go get coffee and this ugly bright orange sticker is on my vehicle. It says my vehicle will be towed because the tag expired... This is the second day of the month after it needed to be renewed. I go to the front office (forth times the charm and yelling into the mail slot to get them to come out) and ask what this is about, come to find out that my vehicle is now deemed in operable and therefore is a lease violation. There was no we will give you a couple of days to resolve this or we understand that you cannot just drop everything in your life to get a tag. Just a copy of my lease.
There is not enough space in this review for me to list all of the incidents I've had with these people. I'm not a bad tenant, I pay my rent on time, never asked for unreasonable requests yet they continually go out of their way to inconvenience me and give me reasons to leave. When my lease is up I look forward to getting out of here.
I should have listened to the lady when I came to start a lease here; she told me that management has changed; that she will be leaving and I should too.
** I would also suggest you look this company up on the better business bureau before purchasing...

It's funny you mention the issues you've had with your vehicle. The lease states that "all tags must be current and no abandoned vehicles will be tolerated".
I don't think anyone has noticed that our "new manager" (we actually have one, I've seen glimpses) has been here over six months, but still drives that BMW with the Alabama plates. We have a monstrous commercial landscaping truck parked in front of the 1700 building that has NOT MOVED in 8 months, and that mofo is taking up two spaces. My cat loves to piss on it, and oddly enough, SO DO I. You don't have a problem with the quality of your apartment??? YOU GOT LUCKY. Also, don't worry about paying your rent on time. They lose checks on a regular basis or, as was the case last time, they locked their own key in the safe. These folks are as sharp as a marble. These are not humans we are dealing with, my friend. They have the intelligence of a head of lettuce. There's no reason whatsoever to give them the benefit of the doubt. I've been here for a year and a half, and the neighbors all talk to each other. This complex needs to be converted to a monkey reasearch center. With a new staff, of course. Good Luck.
