When we moved in here, it was managed by a different company and was a pretty nice place to live. My a/c unit broke on a friday afternoon in the month of august which is the hottest month of the year and averages mid to high 90's. The a/c unit was fixed the following monday afternoon, when maintenance told us that the reason it was broken was because of some hoodlums cutting the wires on the back of the unit. They lost my rent check and proceeded to charge me a $100 late fee, until they figured out that they had credited it to another unit. I had to stop patment on the check which costed $40, then they would not accept another check because it was "late" so I had to get a money order which costed another $5. My water bill went up to $48 because they now charge an average of $20 per tennant and they are charging me for my 4 year old son who we had to put on the lease as a live in, incase of a fire or something, they would know who all was in the apt. meanwhile my neighbors have 5 people living in a one bedroom with only one person on the lease and their water bill is only $22 a month. On numerous occasions, I have gone to the office and the door is locked with a sign saying at lunch be back at 1:30pm and it was 4:20 pm. One of the kids from the neighboring colonial property who was 12 yrs old, threatened to stab my 4 year old with a knife at OUR playground. My wife was at the gym working out and a man who did not have a key pushed his way in the door behind her and when he saw that there was other people in the gym, he turned and ran off like he was doing something wrong. I was walking on the nature trail with my 4 yr. old son and when we passed the picnic table by the soccer field there was a group of about 8 hoodrats having a fight in which one of them was videotaping. I can't wait until my lease is up, sorry to vent but I feel it is my duty to warn honorable citizens about this place, because if you have the 1st months rent anyone can move here.
