We have had nothing but problems.....The last one is we can not get them
to do a verification of rent so we can get out of this "Hell Hole". No one
is ever available and the fax machine is down...That's a load of "BS".

Our door lock was not working a couple of weeks ago and we request an
urgent repair request, 6 days later they came and sprayed WD 40 in it.
They could not do anything sooner because the "Key Machine" was down,
please explain to me what that has to do with WD-40''

Our son got beat from kids from the next complex because of the holes
in the fence that have been here since we moved in. If we would have
walked the entire property in the beginning we would have NOT moved
into this place ever.

To say the last piece, they people upstairs, have SMALL kids that like
to be put all night and run and jump so peaceful sleep is rare and don't
bother with calling the office or asking for their help, that is if you
can ever find anyone.

In two years, there has been 5 property managers and I have lost count
over office staff. They have run off every decent employee they have
ever had.

Our other neighbors for a period of 2 months or more had the "Duluth
Police" at their apartment every other day. That's what you want to see.

The funny thing is that we moved into our apartment a Duluth cop lived
next to us....in the middle of the night, he moved......There is something
wrong with that picture.

Best advice.......RUN....RUN....RUN!
