Our water bill is much higher than the area average and we are pretty sure they are padding it. Staff is never there. I pointed out a safety issue 8 months ago to the manager and still no resolution. They have one or two nice & helpful staff when you could find them but the higher management is totally useless. Entrance gates rarely work, lighting over mailboxes haven't worked in weeks. Hot tub has been broken for over 9 months. No assigned parking and you have to park in front of other apartments at times (parking sucks). They have way too many and unused handicapped parking places reserved. more than the law requires. Did I say management sucks, it's worth repeating. The only competent person on staff is the one maintenance guy. When someone does get injured in the safety issue that I personally showed the manager I will be the first one to testify at the lawsuit.
