This is the worst place ive ever lived in terms of management and maintenance. I have been lied to over and over since moving in. when i came to see the apt. new siding had been put on the bldg and there were nail holes in the walls inside the apt. and some cracks; i was moving from out of state and when i came to do my walk-thru the keys to the apt. conveniently were misplaced, so i had to stay with a friend and move in later and none of the holes had been repaired as was promised. This has been the theme of the management and maintenance throughtout my leases. Problems just sit unfinished. There have been some good maintenance personnel but they have been tremendously overworked and the smallest jobs take months and several reminders to get done--i currently have a huge stain on my ceiling that is molding that has been there a while. The management staff have been the most incompetent and uncaring that ive ever seen!!! Always dodging problems and concerns and turning the other way waiting for the problem to disappear even to the extent that they have asked residents to not renew their lease "if they dont like it" Now that's concern --that's real customer service. They even ignored a major rat problem for around a year and only did something about it when the rodents chewed through the sprinkler system in several apartments causing water stains, holes in the ceiling and even some property damage; and of course there was never once a real heart-felt apology. There is constantly holes cut in the high chain-linked fence--right now there is about a 24 foot section that has been cut and the fence rolled back--several months it has been that way with no work done to repair it, as i said such disregard. The whirlpool contantly leaked and now has been filled with concrete, the car care center has almost never worked--now the nosle is gone and it hasnt been availble for at least a year, yet the water bill for everyone has almost doubled--there is this new system that has been initiated where one doesnt really pay for their usage but shares with everyone else. The appliances and heating/air systems are outdating and not energy effecient and are constantly presently problems; And as was said, management is always avoiding the issues. ive never had to worry about an apartment like i have this one--its almost exhausting just having to keep up with things. I encourage anyone that is looking for an apartment to look somewhere else--i have lived in a few apartments in the Atlanta area and in other states and this place is just not worth it! The property managers and Management Company have showed themselves unprofessional and uncaring in matters of "property management" for this facility. Ive only stayed as along as i have because the location has been convienient, and i hate moving, but these obstacles will be overcome at the end of this lease term.
