Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I lived here from October 2006 to July 2008. The maintenance guys were always very friendly and helpful. My A/C unit froze up several times (these aren't new apartments, folks) but they always came out and fixed it, no matter the time of day. As for the office staff, I noticed that someone else posted a note that the office is always locked. I also found this to be true and it was EXTREMELY frustrating for me if I had a package to pick up because I had to make a special trip to get there (I work longer hours than the office is open) before they closed.
