I lived in this apartment when it was new. It was pretty good on the interior, but the strangest things happen here. First of all, the management enjoys leaving an OUTSIDE radio on all day and night, especially on the weekends. They think it makes the complex "fun", or something. This led to random people (who knows if they even lived in the place or not!) coming over to the pool area where the radio was and hanging out for hours into the night. More noise than you can imagine. The next morning if you looked at the pool area you'd see beer cans and who knows what lying around. You couldn't sleep till 3 or 4 am when they did this. And it happened every weekend during the summer.
I moved out and was happy I did!
