When you live somewhere you want a homely atmosphere. The staff here definitely lets all kinds of people live here.


People who mess up the pool. People who have dogs who defecate on the sidewalks, whose dogs make a noise and disturb people.


Dogs are allowed to roam loose. In my building itself a tenant has moved in 3 months ago (approx). Weve complained on and on about dog poop lying around, they get it cleaned sometimes and after months of complaining they sent in a letter to all of us. Today morning I was startled by a dog coming after me, and I complained and they told me that letters have been sent out.





I am on a temporary stay in this country and will be moving out soon, hence was unable to change apts.


The maintenance is good as far as small things go, but not at all prompt. For 8 months last year our windows (as well as some other buildings) had condensation water dripping on the carpets and there was mold. People came looked and gave stupid reasons like ?oh you do a lot of cooking?, I have a feeling that they knew all along that the windows needed replacing, finally after 6 months, work started which was supposed to be a 2-3 day work continued for 2-3 weeks. During the process the repair people broke glass and I found my whole bed covered with it, they damaged blinds etc.



They take such things very casually, also this gated community is connected to an ungated one called Howell Park and people from there come racing in their cars , so I can never let my children even cross the street within the apartment.




BTW, one of the ceiling fixtures fell down one day, thankfully not on our heads.




The look is very impressive but the staff keeps changing, and doesnt really act promptly.





There are still apartments with leaky windows so beware, they will not repair it. My friends in these apartments have complained 1000s of times with no avail.
