Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I live at the Estates and I have noticed the staff is comming down on the children and the teens for making the leasing office a hang out.
They are just enforcing the rule that a adult should be present. I'm thankful b/c I like to use the gym after the office is closed.
