The apartments look nice, but there are several issues. For instance, the windows have a serious condensation problem, the a/c and heating unit always make a lot of noise, the air is not distributed equally in all the rooms, during winter time one room is very hot while the other is cold. The management staff lacks courtesy. The place is also getting filled with undesirable people, and the rent keeps increasing drastically at the end of the contract.
