Avoid this complex at all cost. We have lived here for two years and I have not had a good nights sleep yet. Apparently, we are the only people here who work. I have only lived in three other complexes so my experience is somewhat limited. However, from this experience I can honestly say we have not had a neighbor yet with any courtesy for their neighbors. Every night we must contend with jumping, beating, screaming, or what sounds like parties. This continues until two or three every morning. We have complained to the courtesy officers and management on several occasions to no avail. The last time we complained, management told us to just call the police from now on. Ha! We have called the police several times! Kick the bums out! I don't care what time someone else goes to bed, but there is no sense in not being respectful. Also, the gate never works! Why am I paying for a gated community' The windows leak, the doors will not shut, and the dryers do not vent properly. I hate this place! We should have moved earlier, but I allowed myself into being fooled by the lies told by management. We are moving as soon as our lease ends.

This is an accurate review pertaining to the noise and the property manager asking you to contact the police as well as leaky windows....if you want a piece of mind stay away from the estates.DO YOUR RESEARCH THESE SITES ARE NOT BIAS LIKE SOME OTHER POSTERS have said..
