My fiance and I have had a pleasant experience in the six months we have been living here. Maybe this is a sign of change (based on previous comments), which is a very good thing. For those of you who have had issues in the past, I can't really comment, because I don't know exactly how sincere your experience was, but those of you who currently have issues with this property, if management can't resolve the issue and you are not satisfied at the end of your lease...move!
Honestly speaking, I think most of the issues (currently that is) are not with management, but with loud/obnoxious/rude neighbors that reside within. In most cases, getting to know one another will alleviate some of the problems (this includes getting to know the management staff). If you're stuck in a one-dimensional society, and find it hard to get along with people of different walks of life, you have a long life ahead of you my friend.
On another topic, I am really confused about the on-site courtesy officer...where is the presence' What should I expect' Based on what I've seen from other communities, a lot more can be done. Maybe I should carry myself up to the leasing office with my security resume, certifications, firearms license and all, to see if I can work out a deal.
Bottom line, the quality and cost of this community is pretty da*mn good...we as residents need to work together (with each other and management) to keep it up, as well as improve in areas needed.
Oh, but the walls in the units are too da*m thin!!
Thanks for listening. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
