I lived here for 2 years, and for the most part enjoyed it. The management staff (excluding one person who is no longer there) was always friendly. It was always quiet around my apartment, and the neighbors kept to themselves. I only moved because I didn't like being that far away from the city and hated the traffic that I had on my way to work. I would give Estates a perfect review except for my heater\AC. I had to have it "repaired" at least 5 times in one year, and each time maintenance would take a week to fix it. They always had to wait for parts, which I understand. But that would be more bearable if the stupid thing would actually stay fixed. I could rant about this forever, but I think I just had bad luck with them. I also had a few refrigerator problems, but they replaced it quickly and I had no problems with it after that. So overall, I would say that Estates was great, they just need to hire a maintenance worker who knows what he is doing with AC units.
